This cake sed to be one of the most popular in our childhood. It sed to be really delicious and available treat. The classic recipe of the cake includes the combination of agar-agar-based soufle, one sponge and a tin layer of chocolate glaze. This variation of the recipe  has it that we are going to male three sponges instead of one since we all love backed textures. Beside the layers provide the cake with rhytmical cut and make the cake less sweet.
