CHOCOLATE PIE

Two contrasting textures are combined in this pie: one of a soft brownie and one of the shortcrust base, made of digestive cookies and butter which have been baked together. A bit liquid chocolate center combines well with the well-basked shortcrust base. This pie is just tempting you to taste it.
