    Poor quality course

    Dear KICA team many thanks for your efforts in making this course however with all respect this course in particular did not meet my expectations at all , below points my observations and points : 1.Making two recipes in parallel is quite confusing for the online participants , I personally lost the focus and many details were not clear for me 2. 50% of the course the participants were standing blocking the camera 3. the recipes provided for pistachio rolls and almond rolls is not in professional details I mean here, where is the complete procedure ? it's your responsibility to give complete clear procedure , I tried to make the same recipe and it failed because the recipe say something and during the video the chef assistant is doing another thing which you are not explaining well if you want to see professional recipes with professional procedures I suggest to see Savour School PDF recipes I swear you don't need to watch the videos as it's in details that make home cook make very consistent results each time I don't recommend to register in this course unfortunately
