About Chef
The universe, the center of which is respect for the product and the correct taste. This is exactly what the pastry world sees, the Chef and the owner of pastry shops in Paris, Jan Couvrer.
Having received invaluable experience and knowledge, while working in the 5 – star palaces of Paris, Chef decides to leave the work in the hotel and devote himself entirely to confectionery. In 2016, he opens his first pastry shop in Paris. In 2017, the second bakery opens its doors and the first book of the Chef La pâtisserie de Yann Couvreur is published.
