  • Tropical Avocado banana with mango: avocado lime mousse, CRU banana mango gelly, peanuts sponge and banana CRU gely
  • Strawberry tomato Chesse cake: basil cheese cake mousse, chesse crumble and strawberry balsamic confiture

  • Sweet berrys basilic pistachio: pistachio sable, pistachio financier, raspberry pistachio crunchy, sweetberrys and basilic compote and pistachio namelaka 
  • Mojito Lemon-lime mint pie: lemon brownsugar sablee, cooking with a lemon cake and rhum, cream of lime and mint, and soft lime sponge
  • Brownie chocolate banana tartalete: with pecan crustillant and vanilla caramel
  • My Quiche Lorraine, Alsacienne: sweet onion, confit cherry tomatoes, basilic, beef and Gruyere cheese
