Her croissants with pastry cream, chocolate, almond cream, with strawberry and raspberry gel have perfect shapes, juicy taste and amazing aroma thanks to attention to every nuance during process of making. At the classes, in order to get perfect shapes of croissants, chef Tetyana Ovrutska draws the attention of the audience to the temperature of the ingredients, the temperature of the tools, the verified gluten content of the flour and its quality, the water content in the oil and its plasticity. She organize each step of the process so that the final result is at its best.
