Many thanks for the course As mentioned earlier, the egg whites not mentioned in the pdf recipe, The video was good , there were many good questions bybthe chef for alternatives than the pears , the presentation with ice cream or sour cream How ever there were much conversation that didn't translate into English I assume that it's not important. All for all I loved the video and the recipe many thanks for KICA and good luck
